SWE Professional Mentorship Program 2019-2020 Mentee Application

Thank you for visiting the application process! The goal of the program is to form meaningful relationships and bonds with professionals in industry. Mentees can learn from their mentors' hardships, challenges, and successes-- learning how they got to where they are today. Our mentors truly understand what difficulties of being a minority in engineering and are passionate about supporting the next generation of strong SWE engineers. You will receive more info about the pairing and upcoming events early Fall term.
