Walk Together IVCP
Come and join us for our Walk Together event at the beautiful Itchen Valley Country Park.  It is an easy paced walk for bereaved parents, siblings and family members suitable for all fitness levels. The focus is on 'walk and talk' rather than a workout as we understand how valuable it can be to talk or just be in the company of others who share your experience. The walk will be lead by Donna one of the Trustees of Aching Arms and will be followed by a FREE tea/coffee and a slice of cake in the on site café.

LOCATION:  Itchen Valley Country Park, Allington Lane, West End, Southampton. SO30 3HQ


MEETING POINT: Outside the woodland café opposite the play park. 
PARKING: Entry to the country park is free but parking charges apply. Parking is pay and display only which applies to the drive, as well as the car parks. Payment can be made by card (contactless/pin), RingGo (by phone/app) or cash
