The amount of results determine how many details can be reported.
If it's a succes I would like to make it more professional and continue doing this, this is the pilot.

The need for this information
The end of the year evaluations are coming up and I find myself wondering about salaries. Am I fairly compensated for my work? Do I expect too much or should I aim higher? I've been doing online research into salaries through Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and InVision reports, but the information all sources bring a wide variety or numbers. It left me wondering where the data comes from, when was this collected and was the information filled in correctly, and if it's truly applicable to my situation.

That started this initiative
What if we as community of individual contributors in tech companies and agencies near Amsterdam could collect this information ourselves and share it in a safe, anonymous way?

How?
I will collect the answers until the 1st of December. I'll share it with close friends I trust and hope that you will share it with your inner circle. Ask your friends and colleagues, and together we might collect significant data. After the 1st of December the survey will be closed and I'll start the report that will be released on the 5th. I'll destroy the raw results.
