The Children's Water Festival is a new event for 2023 hosted by Kushog Lake Property Owners Association (KLPOA) in partnership with the Friends of Ecological and Environmental Learning (FEEL) and Haliburton County Development Corporation.

Join us Saturday, July 22nd to have fun, play games and learn (all at the same time!) about our environment, local critters and how to protect our lake.  Children of all ages are welcome and the program is especially tailored for grades 3 - 8.  There is no charge to participate.

The event is taking place at the Warner's residence. Parking is available on Briscoe Dr. Volunteers positioned at Buckslide/Briscoe will guide you.  A limited number of boat arrivals are available.

An adult is to accompany the child/children through the course of events. Volunteers will lead the events. Children will be put in groups to rotate through the activities. Groups will be preassigned.

We're on rain or shine.  (We'll cancel if there's thunder and lightning!).

Registration has been extended.  Capacity is limited.  A confirmation email will be sent to all registrants by July 15th indicating session time and group assignment and any further instructions.
