By registering on one of our courses you commit to paying the invoice we will send you. The invoice should be paid within one month of receiving it. From UK and European customers we prefer bank transfers, US customers can pay online via credit card or wire transfer. If you are unable to pay the amount all at once, please get in touch with us (
roelie@radicallyopen.net) so we can set up a payment plan for you.
Invoices for this training will be sent from October 2021 onwards. If you wish to use a payment plan with an earlier start date to spread out the training fee, please get in touch (
roelie@radicallyopen.net).
Booking and Cancellation policy: Registration fees (minus administration costs of $100 + additional credit card charges if applicable) will be refunded to participants who contact us in writing or via email postmarked no less than 1 month before part 1 of the training begins. No refunds will be made thereafter. The place may be deferred to the following training, but no refund will be made in case of cancellation for the deferred training. A colleague may be substituted on the part 1 at no extra charge if we are notified at least two business days before the training. If for any reason a person has attended the part 1 but is unable to attend the part 2, we will offer substitute dates and locations, but no refunds will be made. All payments must be received at least 10 working days before the course start date.
Please note: the textbook, skills manual, lunch & overnight accommodation are not included in the price.
Certificates: you will receive a certificate of completion after each part of the training, provided you have attended all 5 days of each training week; no exceptions will be made.
