Teach a workshop at the Repurpose Project Community Center!
Our Repurpose Project Community Center will be reopening for workshops Spring 2023!!!  One of our initiatives with the community center is offering workshops that will teach participants a variety of skills such as: soldering to fix electronics, mosaics from chipped dishes, stained glass, kids crafts with salvaged material, powertool literacy, jewelry making from broken jewelry, and sewing basics to help teach people to mend clothes instead of replace.

Our workshops are focusing on using salvaged material for creative endeavors and ways to reduce waste by fixing and repurposing items that are currently being tossed into the trash.

Please fill out this survey to be considered for a workshop teacher.  If you have additional info such as website or photos of your work please email them to: events@repurposeproject.org     .....and include "RP WORKSHOPS" in subject line.  Thank you for your interest!

Do you need to be compensated to teach a workshop?  We strongly believe that artists should be paid for their skills and we do have funding for a limited number of teachers.  We also know some people are financially fine and willing to volunteer their time.  We are hoping to host additional workshops beyond our funding to help jumpstart our center.
