大会事務局からのお知らせとお願い（重要）
大会ならびに懇親会準備のため、それぞれへ出席を希望される方は本フォームにて事前にお知らせいただきますようお願いいたします（事前申込がなくてもご参加いただけます）。また、大学生協食堂が土曜日は休業となりますため食堂での食事ができません。その代わりにお弁当を用意することができます。お弁当予約の関係上、事前に数量を把握する必要がありますため、お弁当を希望される場合は本フォームにてお知らせください（多少の余裕をもって注文いたしますの事前予約がなくても購入いただけますが、売り切れの場合はご容赦ください）。

Important information from the convention secretariat
Please let us know in advance if you wish to attend the conference and the banquet in order for us to prepare for them (You are able to attend the conference and the banquet without pre registering). 

Mie University Co-op cafeteria will be closed on Saturday.  But it can offer you a lunch box. Please let us know if you would like to order a lunch box in advance on this form (we will order with some leeway, so you can purchase a lunch box even without an advance reservation, but please be patient in case we sell out).
