In this class, you’ll learn to create delicious, gut-friendly loaves that nourish your body and bring joy to your table. Whether you're new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, this is the perfect time to embrace the art of baking and bring a little homemade magic into your home!
The class will take place at my home in Philomath on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Together, we’ll explore the fascinating connection between gut health and the benefits of homemade sourdough bread. I will guide you step-by-step through the process of baking your own sourdough loaf. Plus, you’ll leave with your own sourdough starter and a comprehensive set of baking instructions to continue creating delicious loaves in your own kitchen.
And what’s a gathering without a little feast? We’ll enjoy freshly baked sourdough straight from the oven, paired with an assortment of meats, cheeses, and either home-brewed kombucha or a lovely glass of wine.
