The Culinary History Enthusiasts of Wisconsin is partnering with Madison-based, On the Yahara Writing Center to offer a four-part ‘read and respond’ class centered on a collection of non-fiction food writing, The Best American Food Writing, 2020. Class meetings will be hosted via Zoom video conferencing.
