2021-2022 Oregon Beer Awards Fresh Hop Competition // BEER REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT RULES:

+ $30 entry fee per beer.

+ Limit of 3 entries per brewing company per TTB-licensed location.

+ Cap at 140 entries total! This competition is first come, first served.

+ Entries must be received at Breakside Brewery’s Milwaukie Production Brewery on October 11/12. 2021.

+ Winners will be announced via Willamette Week in October 2021. Medals will be presented at the 2022 Oregon Beer Awards ceremony in April.

You will receive an email confirmation of this registration upon submission. Applications received after 5:00 PM on October 1, 2021 will not be considered for competition. Payment for all entries must also be received by October 1, 2021.

IF WE RECEIVE OUR MAXIMUM OF 140 ENTRIES BEFORE SEPTEMBER 19, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE EARLY.

Beer delivery deadline is October 11-12, and specific instructions will be emailed to you soon.
