Midwest Food Distribution (Monthly)
Midwest Food Bank delivers a semi load of food, on pallets, to City Hope once a month.  This food is equally distributed between 20+ organizations that use City Hope as a "hub" for organization and pickup.

NEEDS:
Team 1 (9AM - 12PM) :
Arrive at 8:45AM for a pre-event huddle.  Team members will then begin marking the parking lot with indications of where each pallet of food will be located.  The semi will arrive around 10am to be unloaded.  A pallet jack and forklift is used to pull each pallet off of the semi and place on the parking lot, in a previously labeled location.  This portion is pretty light, compared to the rest of the day and requires about 4-6 team members.

Team 2 (12PM - 4PM):
Arrive at 12PM for a pre-event huddle.  This team will begins as our first few organizations begin arriving at their dedicated appointment time of 12:30PM, with organizations arriving every 30min thereafter, until 3:30PM.  This portion of the day is where the most team members could be utilized.  It usually requires 15-20 team members to help unload and reload pallets, keep track of spreadsheets, welcome and organize organization appointment times, relay messages from the holding zone into the loading zone, etc.

Team 3 (330PM - 5PM):
This team provides clean up at the end and storage of items at the end of the day.

TEAM 1 - 9AM - 12PM
TEAM 2 - 12PM - 4PM
TEAM 3 - 330PM - 5PM
