DNA Center Alumni Residential Summer Camp Registration
Please complete this form to start the registration process for the Alumni residential summer camp. Registration will be confirmed, but the camp is contingent on at least 12 people registering. Due to COVID, there is a gap of years which could make it a challenge to reach the required number of registrations. If there are not sufficient numbers, the program will be cancelled this summer and we will try again next summer. Consider registering for the Virtual Gene Expression Camp if this ends up cancelled!

I understand that I must send a check made out to the University of Notre Dame for $1095. Receipt of this check is necessary for completed registration. *
Any check fees for a returned check will be entirely the responsibility of the individual. Refunds will be honored through May 1 minus a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations due to Covid infection/policies will not have a processing fee.
