Our policy on data protection: Your privacy is very important to us, that's why we will never release your personal details to any company outside the John Lewis Partnership for mailing or marketing purposes. We will only use the information you have provided on this form to administer the prize draw and to notify the winner. Once we have notified the winner and they have collected the prize all entry details will be deleted.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. To enter please fill in your details on the form below and submit once completed. Entries made implies acceptance of the conditions.
2. Only one entry per child.
3. Entrants must be UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) at least 18 years of age, excluding employees of the JL&P, completing the form on behalf of the child who completed the treasure hunt.
4. All entries must be submitted by the closing date.
5. The prize will be awarded to the first valid entry picked at random by the closing date.
6. The selection of the winning entry will be supervised by an independent person.
7. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
8. The winner will need to collect the prize from John Lewis & Partners Liverpool.
9. The winner will be notified by the contact details shared on this entry form.
10. In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize, for whatever reason, or cannot accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
