We’re so excited to bring QUADM TO DALLAS!! QUADM is The Modern Market for the Muslimah Maker. Our Muslim women-run and women-led market has been successfully running in California for the last 6 years and this year we are grateful to bring this coveted shopping and social event to our wonderful Muslim community in Dallas. Our past vendors have been an inspiring group of women whose hard work and resilience shines through and we are so proud of them all. 

QUADM is the largest Muslim Women’s Business Market in the US and is a unique event that brings together Muslim female entrepreneurs from across the country and connects them with Muslim audiences. Our last market featured over 100 female owned businesses of all types including clothing, home decor, jewelry, health and wellness, hijabs, Ramadan items, artisanal drinks and food, beauty, children's clothing, books, accessories, a variety of services, luxury soaps, art, gourmet desserts, cosmetics, and more! If you're looking for a great opportunity to grow and gain more exposure through our market and our social media channels, then we will be honored to have you!

Booth Prices - $250 - $350. One 8ft table and 1 chair included.
Booth Size - 10x10 ft
Marketing - As always, included in the price of the booth, is an Instagram and Facebook post to highlight your and your business whereby our attendees can look forward to your presence at the market and always know where to find you after the event as well. 

Please note that no booth sharing will be allowed since we want each vendor to shine in their space. Think of your space as your store. What experience would you like your customers to have at your store? If you look through our website www.quadmshops.com you will see the effort and dedication that our vendors have put into their store and we expect the same level of aestheticism as all our markets. You must plan for a nice backdrop, furniture, stands, shelves, decor or anything that will make your brand present itself in the best way. 

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the interest form below. This is an interest list only, and does not guarantee a spot. We aim to curate an event with various brands in different categories to create a market that has a little bit of everything. If we think your business is a good fit and we are a good fit for you, we will contact you with further details on how to secure your spot. 

QUADM is also known for our "Elevated Experience" which is where 100 women purchase a ticket to come experience QUADM for the first hour, have exclusive shopping time and receive a swag bag with gifts. We add a gift in the bag for them and also welcome all vendors who would like to take advantage of this incredible marketing opportunity to add 100 pieces of their brand to the swag bags. Research shows that customers who receive a product as a gift are more likely to purchase that product in the future for themselves and also for gifts. Please indicate in the form below if you would like to participate. Please note that we only give our elite shoppers top of the line gifts and do not accept tchotchke like pens, stickers, branded/promotional items, bookmarks, plastic water bottles etc. The gift is meant to be a memorable gift that showcases your brand and makes it unforgettable for a customer.

We only accept business that are owned or co-owned by MUSLIM WOMEN. A Muslim woman has to own the whole business or be a co-owner (with a male is ok) but the event is for the whole community - men, women and children. Only women will be allowed to man the booth at the event.

QUADM is looking to reduce our carbon footprint in an effort to take care of this earth that Allah SWT has blessed us with. We are the guardians of this planet. Do you agree to try to plan for sustainable packaging, offering incentives to clients who bring re-usable bags and banning the use of materials that are not eco-friendly like styrofoam? *
Our women's market is for women 16+. Are you over the age of 16. *
You understand that QUADM is for businesses that are started and run by MUSLIM WOMEN and you agree that your business or service fits this criteria. A male business partner is allowed as long as you are a partner and not an employee. Female representation is what QUADM is all about so no males will be allowed to help at booths during market hours whether they are part of the business or not. They can only help with set up and breakdown. *
You understand that QUADM is a market where we want each vendor to be their best. This involves each vendor creating their set up and decor in an aesthetically pleasing way that shows that they are putting their best foot forward.  *
If you are a food vendor, this venue does not allow the sale of savory food or drinks. Do you understand that you can only sell dessert items and they must be individually wrapped/packed. Savory items cannot be sold.  *
Are you interested in having 100 pieces of an item from your store be a part of the Elevated Experience? Elevated Experience is a ticketed experience for 100 elite and exclusive shoppers who receive a tote bag with gifts from our vendors. From past experience, these customers are more likely to order products that they receive in their tote bags which makes it a good marketing strategy for vendors who would like to participate.  *
You understand that this is an interest list only. Due to limited space, vendors will be selected to create a variety of businesses. We will also consider a vendor's commitment and affability shown at previous markets if they previously participated. QUADM fosters a sisterhood and supportive environment where we believe in doing everything with ihsaan and for the good of everyone involved and for the sake of Allah swt. If you are selected, you will be sent details on how to book your booth and you must complete that process and pay the fee in order to secure your spot. Spots cannot be reserved without payment and all payments are non-refundable.  *
