Mission: To support and uplift the beekeepers of Central Virginia through education and community. AGAIN!


Thank you to everyone who joined us last year and the year before! The continued support and enthusiasm from supporters like you has kept our committee reaching for the stars.  


We are excited to invite Paul Kelly of the University of Guelph as our keynote speaker. And we will be returning to Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville. There will be limited space for vendor tables and Sponsors will take priority!

We are seeking Sponsorship to grow the team to support the beekeepers! 


Sponsorship Levels Information: 

  • Logos and sponsor information will also appear on our registration website. 

  • All sponsors and vendors are invited to include promotional information in our registration bag! You can provide anything you would like from a flier or coupon to a promotional item. Materials for Registration Packets need to be provided by Tuesday January 7th, 2025 at 5pm.

  • Ad space in our conference program will vary with level of involvement. Companies can provide ad copy by November 15th, 2024. 

  • Number of attendees varies with level. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50. 

  • Set up will be on Friday January 10, 2025 between 12-6. We invite all sponsors and vendors to provide a Door Prize for attendees. Our raffle style door prizes continue to be a huge success and provide a unique promotional opportunity for your company. 

PAYMENT: After completion of this form you can select online payment or check payment. A final invoice will be emailed to the contact person with a total and instructions.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR PACKET: These must be received by January 7th, 2025. We are planning to prepare 350 packets and will keep you posted if this number changes drastically.
