Our co-ed program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. Players develops skills that will help them succeed on and off the field. The game teaches the basic skills of football running, passing, receiving and defending.

Our co-ed cheer program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment with an emphasize fun for all and encourage the development of qualities important long into the future.

Teams practice once per week for up to 75 minutes and play games once a week for a total of 5 games, a championship showdown and award ceremony for a total of 8 weeks.
