  • Summer term: June 5 - July 28
  • Once you have filled out this form, we'll create an invoice that can be viewed in your parent portal.  
  • Your preferred instructor(s) will contact you regarding scheduling summer lessons.  
  • On June 1st your full summer payment will be made with the payment method in your portal (payments are non-refundable).
