Please fill out this form anytime you have an update to the number of students participating in Feeding Our Kids at your school.  In addition to this form you may also email the Director at adupre@feedingourkids.org.


If the total number of students across all schools is already at the budgeted amount, increase requests cannot be accepted until (1) the Board of Directors approves an increase in the overall number or (2) other schools decrease their numbers.
