I understand that as representative for my organization, I must advise each member of my organization (parents, players, coaches, managers, and other and etc.) of event rules and regulations governing participation and attendance and that in case of accident or incident, I/we will not hold the event director, the host organization and staff members/players, facility managers or owners, security, or any referee or game official, liable for any damages or harm incurred while attending this event. I/we also understand that media will be captured during this event and used at the discretion of the event host and the producers on site at the time of this event.
