Careers By The People Questionnaire

Thank you for filling out this form. It should take roughly 15 minutes. All types of responses were printed in the first book. If you love your career we want to know. If you do not enjoy your occupation, we want to understand why. We hope your answers are published in the second or third book.  If so, you get a signed copy from the author (as long as he’s alive).

Please view the video if you have any questions about the questionnaire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6yeH0TNcJ0

In the book, your name will only appear as first name and last initial. Example: Mike W or Suzy Q. If an alias is needed, please reach out to the author or comment within the questionnaire.

Your location will be tied to a more familiar area, for example, Weymouth, MA will be switched to Boston, MA.  Hawthorne, CA will be swapped to South Bay Los Angeles.  Any assistance with the moniker of your region will be appreciated.

If your questionnaire is published in book two or three, we will need your email and phone number to connect.
