Six-Week Yoga Class Sessions
Come join us for six incredible weeks of Yoga led by our amazing instructor, Miss Brittaney! 

SODC will be offering a variety of class types and times to help fit the preferences and schedules of all our yoga participants! Wether you are a beginner or a yoga enthusiast, we have the perfect spot for you! 

Class will begin the week of April 7th to the week of May 16th! 

Classes Available
Powerflow ~ Sundays ~ 7pm - 8pm 
$90.00 for the complete session (6 classes)
$20.00 for drop in rate (no registration necessary) 
Class Description ~ Power flow yoga is a practice that gradually warms and prepares the body for continuous movements from standing to seated. This class may involve balance practice and stability work. Power flow does highlight the importance of centre both physically and mentally, all practice involve dedicated breathing practices. This class is verbally directed with intermittent demonstration. No prior yoga experience is necessary; it becomes more familiar with practice time. This class is suitable for youth 16+ and people wanting to improve their overall endurance. 

Rise & Shine ~ Tuesdays and Thursdays ~ 6:30am - 7:30am
$180.00 for the complete session (12 classes)
$20.00 for drop in rate (no registration necessary) 
Class Description ~ A morning practice that is slow and controlled. We’ll split our time between holding postures, gentle flow and breathing practices. Postures are all adjustable to each persons comfort and practice intention. Rise&Shine yoga does not require previous or accumulated yoga experience; students will be guided verbally and offered visual demonstration. This practice is suitable to youth ages 16+ and those who may find up and down movement (standing to seated) strenuous.

Noon Hour Express ~ Thursdays ~ 12:05pm - 12:50pm
$75.00 for the complete session (6 classes)
$20.00 for drop in rate (no registration necessary) 
Class Description ~ Step away from the happenings of the day; come as you are, jeans and all to join a 45-minute grounding and breathing practice, referred to as meditation. Participants are welcome to lay or sit through this verbally guided practice of breathing practices which are paired with bodily relaxation, alignment and awareness. The result of this practice can be mood shifting. Accessible to all interested, no experience necessary.

We will be offering 10 class punch passes for our upcoming yoga sessions. This punch pass is valid for all our yoga classes so you can mix and match sessions over our six weeks together!
