2022 WFTDA "Back on Track" Team Interest Form
This form is for teams interested in participating in one of the WFTDA "Back on Track" derby celebration events. There is no requirement to commit to any event at this time. WFTDA will publish hosts for events at the start of April, May, June and July and will notify interested teams of host announcements based on the information they provide in this form. With the support of WFTDA Competitive Play, teams can then decide which event(s) are most appropriate for their needs and will complete applications or accept invitations at that time.
