2023 Craft Fair Application
The Calvert Grange is accepting applications from local artisans for our Craft Fairs on October 1, November 5, and December 3. Please be sure to include all the information requested on this form.

We are not accepting direct sales businesses with commercially made products at this event. All artisans must produce their own goods.

Vendors accepted for our events must represent themselves at our Craft Fair(s) as they have indicated on this application. Please do not bring an additional business with you to share your space. We strive to have a balance of items represented. Bringing an additional vendor with you may cause a duplication of items available for sale. If you have an additional business in your space and we have not approved their participation, both vendors will be asked to leave our event with no refunds.

For the October and November Craft Fairs, we ask for information on your vehicle and any trailer you may bring so that we can manage our outdoor spaces and parking area.

Vendors may not sell food or beverages.

Be accurate in your product description so we have a good idea of what you will be selling.  We are asking that you provide us information about your products so we can be sure to have a variety of items. If you do not have a website or social media accounts, please e-mail three photos (.jpg, .jpeg, .png files only) to info@calvertgrange.org.

If you are selected as a craft fair vendor, we will publish the following information you provide on this form:  business name, contact information, website, and social media to promote your business and the event.

OUR PROCESS
Your submission form will be reviewed within seven business days. We will send an e-mail to confirm your requested space. In addition to the confirmation email, you will receive two other emails: an invoice for your requested spaces and an e-contract to sign. To make your reservation process easy, we accept debit and credit cards. Once you pay the invoice by the due date and you sign the e-contract, your space will be reserved. Please pay promptly. We may refuse your request for space if you delay payment.

**PLEASE NOTE**
If you request space at more than one of our craft fairs, you will be billed on one invoice for all of your requested dates. You will receive one contract for all of the events.
