Saturday Academy  
Parents/Guardians this form will be used to express the interest you have in Saturday Academy. Saturday Academy is a free Academic service that is provided to all Chesapeake Lighthouse Foundation schools.  There are two sessions each Saturday starting October 22 from 9:00 am-10:30 am or 10:40 am-12:30pm.  Your child is welcome to attend both sessions if needed, but is not obligated.  If you have more than one child please fill out this form for each child.  Thank you in advance.
