Saturday, August 10
QMFA Field - Quakertown Sports Complex
Timeframe:
13u - 15u || 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
16u - 18u || 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Welcome to SumerLeague! A multi-group 7on7 'Round Robin' NFL Flag tournament hosted by MStar Students (MorningStar Fellowship).

Teams:
13u - 15u || 13 through 15 year olds will share ONE TEAM OF 10
16u - 18u || 16 through 18 years olds will share ONE TEAM OF 10
- 7 on the field, 10 per team [mandatory quota]
- Must have ALL necessary forms filled and submitted before play!
- Payer-Participants are limited to STUDENTS (12-18)
- If a team doesn't meet the 10-player-participant quota before AUGUST 1, that team is in danger of being dropped from tournament participation.
- Teams may individually practice before tournament, however, teams MAY NOT scrimmage before the tournament.

Coaches:
- Your team must supply its own flags & flag belts. Without flags and flag belts, player-participants cannot play.
Accepted flags are strictly the "pop-socket" variant.
- Your team must wear a matching, appropriate theme during tournament play. The design and complexity is up to you, you can go as fancy or "plain-jane" as suits your team(s).
- You must specify a team name and have ALL player-participants identify with that team name at sign up.
- You may coach multiple teams from your organization.

Participant Conduct
Any participants (spectators included in this category) are held to the same level of personal conduct excellence. Any defamatory speech, gestures, or otherwise non-courteous ugliness may result in but are not limited to:
a) Penalties against the offender's rooting interest or team || severity judged by the incident
b) Ejection from tournament match and resulting forfeit loss
c) Ejection from tournament play (entirety)
d) Ejection from tournament viewing (spectation) || failure to remove oneself will continuously penalize rooting interest and ban the offending individual from subsequent events (SummerLeague/TurkeyBowl).

Depending upon conduct severity, a notice of the offending student's/adult conduct will be passed along to their presiding Pastor/Organization Leader.

By filling out this form and until an official notice of removing oneself from the tournament, all participants (players, coaches, spectators) agree to follow Participant Conduct guidelines.
Most of these are common sense: don't be a jerk.

Quick FAQ:
- Celebrations are allowed so far as they do not disrupt subsequent play, another game (crossing into another field or purposely distracting players of another event), or taunt opposing players/spectators. Penalties will be enforced based on the infringement. Property Damage is upon the offender and/or their organization to correct.

I AGREE TO BE HELD TO THE CONDUCT GUIDELINES AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES.
