Where in the Dare County would you like to adopt a beach access? *
If there is a specific access you are hoping to adopt, please list the name[s] of the access location[s] below. (Please note that your preferred access location may already be adopted or otherwise unavailable.)
I recognize that my commitment to this program involves leading 6 beach cleanups per year at the adopted access, and includes collecting data on trash removed.  Failure to complete beach cleanups will result in the removal of my name from access signs and the access will be reassigned. *
