This is the enrolment form to lodge your application to participate in the program and commence study in January 2024.

As we are taking applications from multiple prospective participants, we kindly ask you only complete this enrolment process/form if you are serious about participating in the program. This form is not recognised by Workforce Australia (and their relevant Job Providers) to meet your Mutual Activity Requirement.

Duration: 4 days a week, 12 weeks – Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm
