4th AIAC-ICC PRE-MOOT
FOR THE WILLEM C. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION MOOT
(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
13th March – 15th March 2020

Successful applicant must satisfy the following criteria to participate as an Arbitrator:

1.  Experience in international and/or domestic arbitration (Arbitrator, Counsel, Tribunal Secretary,  Expert Witness, etc.). Applicant with experience in other forms of ADR are subject to approval by the Organising Committee.

2.   Completed law degree (JD, LLB or equivalent). Please note that:
a) Current students pursuing their JD or LLB may not participate as Arbitrators;
b) Students currently pursuing their LLM, PhD or other relevant post-graduate degree are subject to approval by the Organising Committee;
c) Fresh graduates pursuing their bar course, pupilage or other relevant pre-qualification programmes are subject to approval by the Organising Committee.    
 
3. Mooting experience, either as a coach, arbitrator or participant (preferred).
