Reporting Bullying at MTPS
This form is for reporting bullying at Maple Tree Primary School. It can be used by parents and carers or pupils to report bullying involving themselves or others. 

All completed copies of this form are sent to the Anti-Bullying Lead, Miss Hyde. These will be reviewed and she will get in touch with you within 28 hours. 

At Maple Tree, we are working with the Anti-Bullying Alliance definition of bullying:

“Bullying is the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power. Bullying can be physical, verbal or psychological. It can happen face-to-face or online.”

We use the acronym STOP to simplify this for the children, which means 'Several Times On Purpose'.
