Innovation Economy Survey
This survey is for people who identify as being part of the innovation economy and the creative industries. This can be people who identify as being creatives, creators, makers, engineers, researchers, scientists, inventors, technologists, artists, and related support services and endeavors.

The answers will be used to inform ongoing research on how to create environments that promote and foster innovation. The research focuses on producing data-driven policy suggestions for governments, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Risks and Benefits:
There are no risks associated with your participation. The collected data is securely stored. We do guarantee no data misuse and privacy is completely preserved. You personal data will be anonymized for publication use.

There is an email opt-in that allows the survey creators to contact you for follow up questions. If you opt-in, one of the principle investigators may contact you for an interview. Emails without the opt-in will not be contacted and will be deleted from the data-set after a period of one week from the completion of the survey. You are allowed to opt-out of the follow up questions at any point.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
