COVID19 C+I Classroom Request FA20
Our largest rooms will have an occupancy of 6. If your request included more than 6 occupants you need to fill out the COVID-19 Occupancy Plan line.
All facilities may be shut down at any time for up to 72 hours should a COVID-19 exposure be reported. You should be prepared to move your classes online in this case and any resources that are necessary should not be left in the facility.
You must include a schedule (M,W,F 12:00-1:45pm) No rooms will be assigned to any one department or class and no ad hoc use will be considered. Classrooms must be used only during scheduled class time. If there is room left over after class assignments we may consider loosening this restriction.
