Open PTA Board Positions

It is that time of year again! There are open positions on the PTA board and WE NEED YOU! The PTA is looking to fill co-Board roles for next year. These are positions that will be voted in by our PTA members. We are expecting between 2 to 2 hours per week from the co-Board roles.

Below is a description of the open positions we have available. If interested, in any positions mentioned click the selection below by March 15th to sign up.

If available on March 17th at 8:45 am (meet @ entrance), come on out to Providence for some iced coffee, tea & pastries and meet with the PTA President & other PTA members who will answer all questions you may have about these and other open volunteer positions.

Co-President - Assist President with overseeing & helping committee chairs, addressing email responses, attending monthly meetings and some scheduled events

Co-VP of Fundraising - Assist VP of Fundraising with tasks (reaching out to local businesses, setting up and assisting at fundraising events)

Co-VP of Membership (Assist with promoting membership drive at Kindergarten Orientation & Open House, , enter members & paid dues into MemberHub, distribute membership swag to members, oversee 1 Pizza Party with the Principal)

Treasurer - (spearheads the development of the PTA budget, keeps a record of all income received by & expenditures of the PTA, provide a written treasurer’s report at each meeting, prepare tax forms, interim reports (financial reports, Interim reports, Annual financial reports, and fundraising activity reports), deposit money in the PTA checking account, and sign PTA checks)
