Dear LISA West High Family,

West High School campus will be offering only competition clubs during the first semester.

Students will be charged a $30 club fee per club that goes towards the team registration fees and materials/equipment needed by the club sponsor.

Club fees are payable by check, money order, or card (with fee) at the front office.

Payments must be made by Wednesday, October 28.

Clubs are scheduled to meet once per week for 45 minutes (some club sponsors may request additional time and will communicate to students and parents.)

Onsite students will be directed to their club meeting during dismissal at 3:35 pm.

Clubs may meet onsite or virtual at club sponsors' discretion.

If clubs meet onsite, students must follow the Arkansas Health Department Guidelines.

If clubs meet online, students will be provided a link to be able to join.

Clubs are on a first come, first serve basis. In addition to the first come, first serve, some clubs may require students to complete a test in order to qualify to be part of the club.

*Registering for a competition club does not guarantee the student will be admitted to the club if a test or other qualifications is required for placement.
