2023-2024 Incoming 6th Grade Survey
The purpose of this survey is for RISING 6th graders and parents to make elective selections for the 23-24 school year. This survey will also gather additional information that will help with their transition to West Clermont Middle School. The survey should be completed with the parent AND the student together. We are super excited to welcome you to WCMS!

This survey is due by Friday, April 14th! This deadline allows us to begin preparing for next school year.
