1. Field trips should be scheduled at least 30 days in advance.
2. A list of those students scheduled for trips is to be given to the office 7 days in advance and email the staff.
3. On all-day field trips, an itinerary should be devised indicating provisions for lunch, etc.
4. The group/teacher/coach taking the trip is responsible for providing parking fees for the bus/buses.
5. Overnight trips driver's hotel room is provided by group requesting the trip.
