Study Title: The Impact of Hybrid Working on Employee Productivity and Performance in Thailand

Introduction:

You are invited to participate in a research study aimed at understanding the effects of hybrid working environments on productivity and performance among employees in Thailand. This consent form will provide you with detailed information about the research to help you decide whether you wish to participate.

Purpose of the Study:

This study seeks to explore various aspects of hybrid working environments and their impact on employee productivity and performance in Thailand. By participating in this survey, you will contribute valuable information that may help to optimize hybrid work models in Thailand.

What You Will Do in This Study:

If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire that includes questions about your experiences and opinions related to hybrid working. The questionnaire will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Risks and Benefits:

There are no significant risks associated with your participation in this study. It does not involve physical activity or exposure to harmful elements. Your responses will be processed in aggregate form, and no sensitive or personally identifiable information will be requested. While there are no immediate benefits to participants, your contribution will be crucial in enhancing the understanding of hybrid work environments.

Confidentiality:

Your participation in this study will remain confidential. All data will be stored securely and only the researcher and authorized personnel will have access to the information. Results will be reported in aggregate form only, and no individual participant will be identifiable from the report.

Participation and Withdrawal:

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You can choose to participate or not. If you decide to participate, you can withdraw from the study at any time without any penalties or loss of benefits to which you might otherwise be entitled.

คุณจะทำอะไรในการศึกษานี้:
