CUSTOMER’S AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR SERVICES. CUSTOMER fees equal to the first 3 months of service are due at the time of account setup to Leckrone Sanitation, Inc. Payments must be made monthly to continue service and the dumpster account must remain active for a minimum of 6 (six) months.

PICKUP: Overfilling and the placement of non-compactable trash or non-permitted items is not permitted. Any of these items found in the dumpster must be removed or we have the right to refuse to dump the load until the customer removes items. If such items are hidden in the dumpster and Leckrone Sanitation, Inc. is charged at the dump site, CUSTOMER agrees to pay actual charges, fines,  and additional service fee for downtime and fuel. CUSTOMER is responsible for contents of the dumpster during the rental period, and for any charges associated with restricted contents. Extra fees will be charged to the account without notice.

SERVICE: NOTHING IS TO EVER BE SET ON LIDS OF DUMPSTERS.  If lids are broken due to this the responsibility for repairs will fall on the customer. If a dumpster is blocked or unable to be accessed for any reason, fees will be charged to make a return trip. Leckrone Sanitation Inc. is not responsible for any damage done to private property by our service vehicles while trying to service a dumpster.

EXCLUSIONS: NO Hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers , petroleum-contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires ($85 per tire), computers, monitors, televisions, railroad ties, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids, flammable, toxic, and/or hazardous material, thinners, lacquers, batteries, infectious waste, contaminated soils, fuels, car batteries, adhesives or industrial drums ,or “Special” waste, as defined by applicable Local, State and Federal laws or regulations.   

ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT TO BE PUT IN DUMPSTERS

NO wood NO shingles NO type of steel

NO appliances No dirt or yard waste

NO construction material NO batteries

NO TV’s, computers or monitors NO Paint

NO concrete blocks NO bricks NO gravel

NO furniture of any kind

NO Tires, if tires are found in the dumpster there will be an $85 per tire charge and they will be returned to the customers property.

*Accounts will be charged accordingly based on the items not permitted being placed in the dumpster.

**Customers are responsible for damage they cause to the dumpster.

***A Current Credit Card Must Be KEPT ON FILE and charges will be automatic if any of the above guidelines are not followed.
