READING BUDDIES VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Parental consent is required to register if you are under the age of 18.

This form will take 5-10 minutes to complete  

The Iris Malcolm Library is putting together it's first reading buddy program!
The reading buddy program will pair children with trained teen volunteers from the community to help encourage reading literacy as well as encourage children to enjoy reading! 

Sessions will be held at The Newmarket African Caribbean Canadian Association's (NACCA) community center at 449 Eagle Street, Newmarket. More information regarding the Reading Buddies program will be sent once you have signed up.

Completion of this form provides NACCA with the information needed to connect you to services that will best support your needs. All responses are bound by NACCA's confidentiality policy. Identifying information will only be shared with staff working with the program. Demographic information (ie. age, location) will be used for reporting purposes only.

Program Details

When: Saturdays, May 25 - June 22,  11am-3pm
Where: In-person at 449 Eagle Street
