Attending the class
By filling out this form you are signing up to attend the online Blissborn childbirth classes.

In order to reserve your spot and order your materials, which will be delivered directly to you, you are required to make full payment when you register for the class. This fee covers reservation, materials (book, recordings and supplies) and shipping costs ($350 for group, $550 for private).

Registering at least 10 days before the class will insure you will have materials on time for the first class (digital copies of the first class can be provided for last minute registrations, but having materials in hand is preferable when possible).

Payments can be submitted via Zelle with email zeresh@alovingbirth.com or Venmo with username @Zeresh (name Zeresh Altork). You may text 561-808-3142 once payment has been submitted for fastest confirmation of payment receipt.
