WHO Presentation Request Form
The Writing House offers presentations and workshops on a variety of topics, including resume and cover letter writing, literature reviews, APA formatting, summarizing, the language of APA, and more. We can also create presentations specifically geared to a particular course or assignment.

During a 20 to 30 minute Introduction to the presentation, a Writing House Online tutor will introduce your class to the benefits of using a writing tutor, the Writing House's services and philosophies, what to expect in a tutoring session, and how to make an appointment.

If you are interested in scheduling a presentation, fill out the form below. We will respond via email within a week's time. If you have multiple sections of a class, or would like to schedule presentations for multiple courses, please fill out one response for each section or course.

What kinds of writing do you ask of your students in this course? *
Information about course assignments helps us to tailor the presentation to your course. By tailoring the presentation to your course, we can help your students understand how tutors can support their particular writing projects. You can list assignments here and/or describe the assignment students will be working on at the time of the class visit. Other Faculty Support
Part of our mission is to create a college-wide writing culture. Thus, we dedicate time and resources to support faculty in their writing instruction. We offer CONSULTATIONS to problem solve issues around the writing process, writing pedagogy, instruction, and evaluation, and WORKSHOPS on a specific writing task for your group of writers, ie literature review, writing abstracts, integrating support, etc. WRITING RESOURCES: we can create a writing resource specifically for your course or students.
