Event Rules
We had a very strong response to the IC (50 hopeful attendees!), and there will need to be a few rules set up to make sure as many people as possible can bring some boards and have fun.
Please only bring up to 5 large or 8 small keyboards to the event, and avoid bringing any other large, non-keyboard accessories. If you can't easily carry all of your boards from the car in a single load, you might be bringing too many keyboards.
While the Coronavirus-related state of emergency in Massachusetts has ended and most adults are partially or fully vaccinated, we ask you to wear a mask when indoors if unvaccinated - honor system, please keep yourself and your community safe. Guests are still welcome to wear masks even if they are vaccinated. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door, and bathrooms are available to wash your hands.
Food is allowed inside, and there are trash cans available for use. Do not eat over other people's keyboards. Please wash your hands after eating to keep everyone's boards clean.
Nametags and index cards will be provided. You can fill out an index card to tell us a bit about your boards, or print out a card in advance if you'd like to save a bit of time at the event.
Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis - be considerate of your fellow enthusiasts, and don't use more space than you need.
