Thank you for volunteering to conduct virtual CTP candidate interviews for our 2024-2025 cohort. These interviews will last about 30 minutes/each and will include technical and behavioral questions. The technical portion of the interview will consist of easy level questions you'd find on Hackerrank or LeetCode. Interviews can be done over Zoom or Google Meet.

Once you submit this form, CTP will reach out with more details and resources on how to prepare to conduct candidate interviews.

This will be an event hosted on Google Meet or Zoom where candidates will be interviewed by our volunteers. You will be assigned 2 candidates to interview back to back and each interview will last about 30 minutes with a 10-15 minute break in between.
The event schedule would look like:
4-4:30pm: Candidate 1 Interview
4:30-4:45: Break / Fill out feedback form
4:45-5:15pm: Candidate 2 Interview
5:15-5:30pm: Break / Fill out feedback form

Friday May 3rd from 4-5:30pm EST
