I understand that I take part in all activities, tests and otherwise, at my own risk, and I realise I am free to deny consent if I so desire.  I am not aware of any reason, physically or otherwise, for not participating in a health and fitness program, even though such participation in involves vigorous exercise which could result in physical injury, and I hereby waive any right, claim, or cause of action against Fitness From Africa and/or its members/associates, and release them from any liability for any injury, cost, damage, expense or claim which I or anyone on my behalf might have as a direct or indirect result of my participation in the Fitness From Africa health and exercise programs.
