A Spring
Wine & Dine Raffle is being offered for a chance to win one of five fabulous
prizes of a curated selection
of wines by a professional wine maker. The wines were chosen from many of
the worlds best known wine regions. The focus was on both the quality and
value of the wine: all prizes will contain curated selection of wines accompanied with a
restaurant gift card for prizes 1, 2 and 3 and an Appetizer Gift Basket for
prizes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The draw will be held Sunday May 12, 2024;
11:30am at Munn’s United Church - No further orders can be taken after 6pm May 11, 2024. Tickets are priced at 1 for $10, 3
for $25 or 7 for $50. Limited number of tickets (750) will be sold. To order complete the form below, all fields required, don't forget to click 'Submit'.

Email Confirmation: You will be issued an email confirmation of your ticket order with total owing and ticket numbers, at which time payment
via e-transfer to munnsunitedraffle@gmail.com with 'Wine-Dine' in the message area will be required. Do not send payment until email confirmation has been received.
