Summer Training Information 2021
We will be conducting summer workouts starting June 7.  Summer workout is for those students who are planning to attend Calvary in the fall and play sports during the school year.  It will be for boys and girls going into the 7th-12th grade for the 2021-2022 school year.  The schedule for HS is Monday - Thursday each week.  The Schedule for JH is Monday - Wednesday each week. Each group will have a maximum of 20 people.

June 7 - July 23, 2020

Group A - HS: Weights 8:30-9:05am, 9:15-9:45 Speed and Quickness training.

Group B - JH: Speed and Quickness Training 8:30-9:00am, Weights 9:10-9:45am

Voluntary Sport Specific work supervised by a coach 9:50-10:30.

All athletes will need to be out of the school by 10:45am.  

Those that choose not to do sport specific training will need to leave the school by 10am.

Parents will need to do Wellness Check screening each day before bringing the athlete to workout.
o Due they feel ill in anyway
o Are they injured
o Are they sleep deprived
If any of these apply please do not send them to workout.
