Nuts and Bolts:
● DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS JUNE 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
● There is NO entry fee for participating in the parade, however donation of non-perishable food items for the Nelson Garrettsville Community Cupboard are encouraged.
● Each entry form and payments can be submitted via this online form, or in person at MB Realty in Garrettsville.
● The Tractor Parade is limited to tractors: Bikes, Scooters, Boats, Big-rigs, SUVs, Cars or Motorcycles are not allowed in the Tractor Parade.
● All entries must have soft tires or street treads, and must be self-propelled.
● Each entry should be decorated to convey the Hawaiian beach party theme. The parade is designed to entertain families, especially children.
● Objects (such as candy) may be thrown from your entry during the parade.
● NO alcohol is allowed on the entries
● NO deviation from the parade route
o This year, the parade route will start and stop at the same location. Starting point will be at Garfield High School (10233 State Route 88). The route will go down State Route 88, turning right on Maple and returning to Garfield High School via Water Street & Liberty Street. There will be no stopping or leaving the parade route.
● Parade packet will be provided via email closer to event date with check-in time and parade map.
