Waitlist: Transportation 2023-2024
This form is to be filled out by parents/guardians who are interested in transportation services for the 2023-2024 school year for their student(s). Each student requires a separate form to be completed. The form is to be completed for General Education Students only. As a reminder, filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee transportation services. Families will only be notified when transportation services are awarded.

Transportation services are prioritized to students who live 3 or more miles from their assigned school. District transfer students do not qualify for Transportation Services.

El formulario de registro/interés de transporte 2023-2024 se ha cerrado. Si desea agregar a su(s) estudiante(s) a la lista de espera, complete este formulario. Cada estudiante requiere que se complete un formulario por separado. El formulario debe completarse solo para estudiantes de educación general. Como recordatorio, completar este formulario NO garantiza los servicios de transporte. Las familias solo serán notificadas cuando se puedan otorgar los servicios de transporte.

Transportation Reminders
Every effort will be made to assign students to a stop where they will have less than a one (1) mile to walk to get to their bus stop.

REMINDERS:  
1) BUS STOPS ARE ASSIGNED.
2) WE WILL TRANSPORT AS MANY STUDENTS AS POSSIBLE.  
3) ONLY COMPLETE THE FORM IF YOU WILL USE TRANSPORTATION EVERY DAY. STUDENTS THAT MISS
     MULTIPLE TIMES WILL BE REMOVED FROM SERVICES.
4) IF YOU DO NOT GET A BUS PASS, YOU CANNOT RIDE THE BUS.

Se hará todo lo posible para asignar a los estudiantes a una parada en la que tendrán que caminar menos de una (1) milla para llegar a su parada de autobús.

RECORDATORIOS:
1) SE ASIGNAN PARADAS DE AUTOBÚS,
2) TRANSPORTAREMOS LA CANTIDAD DE ESTUDIANTES QUE MAS SEA POSIBLE.
3) COMPLETE EL FORMULARIO SÓLO SI UTILIZARÁ TRANSPORTE TODOS LOS DÍAS. LOS ESTUDIANTES QUE
     FALTEN MÚLTIPLES VECES SERÁN ELIMINADOS DE LOS SERVICIOS
4) SI USTED NO CONSIGUE UN PASE DE AUTOBÚS, NO PUEDE VIAJAR EN EL AUTOBÚS.
