We are super excited to announce our first aMAZIng 4 week cooking programme that we are running with Co-Exist Community Kitchen. This course is for vulenrable young people who want to improve confidence in their own kitchen.
We aim to give you the know-how to bust out a rad meal for your mates, Bring health and wellbeing to your bowl, along with learnings around cultural cooking and tips on how to always keep things budget friendly.
SESSION TIME: Tuesday's between 5 - 8PM
Week 1 - 7th November: Meal planning / budgeting
Week 2 - 14th November: Health is wealth
Week 3 - 21st November: Food Culture
Week 4 - 28th of November: Celebration feast
Each workshop will last for three hours, will always include time to eat and come together and always leftover are for taking home. Recipe handout at the end of each session
We are looking for 10 young people that would be happy to commit to the full programme. I have attached a poster below as well.
