NYLT Youth Application
***The 2021 Staff has been selected. You may still submit an application and it will be kept on file for 2022!***

All staff must complete an application. Applications will be kept on file until youth members become adult members. When that happens the application will be deleted and you will have to complete the adult staff application.

While applications will be retained by the PPC Training Committee, it is strongly recommended that youth wishing to staff again update and resubmit their application each year.
