♻️Project GenRe is an innovative participatory climate finance initiative by Sustera Foundation that aims to reduce the human impact on the most important problem of the times -climate crisis
Team GenRe is trying to rebuild the planet by helping the members reduce emissions and utilizing monthly donation to support communities that are affected by climate disasters.
🌍Over the pilot phase of three months, the GenRe tribe, with its 56 tribe members, has avoided emissions of 50,625kg of CO2e through adaptation projects such as the mangrove restoration, tree plantations, and has raised Rs. 43,000/- for future disaster relief work.
How to Join?
1. Decide on an amount you would like to contribute and fill this google form
2. Mention any expertise area you would like to contribute (designing/ article writing/ volunteer in planting)
3. We will contact you and finish the registration process
4. You will then be added to a Whatsapp group where you shall receive updates on projects, tips for sustainable lifestyle and access to sessions.
We ensure transparency in the accounting and utilization of your contribution and we shall share our monthly impact and accounting status with you.
Please note that you are free to withdraw from participating at any time.
